The “International Law Firm “Neocleous, Vorobiev & Co” Ltd. is a law firm of international level whose aim is to assist our clients to identify the goals set by them and succeed as well as to protect clients’ rights and interests by representation them in courts and other public establishments and, by providing timely advice of consistently outstanding quality.

The “International Law Firm “Neocleous, Vorobiev & Co” has been established in 2006 as a Cypriot-Russian-Ukrainian joint venture.
One of the founders of the Firm is the Andreas Neocleous & Co LLC, the largest law firm in the south-eastern Europe and the Middle East. The Andreas Neocleous & Co LLC was established in 1965 by its managing partner, Andreas Neocleous.
Andreas Neocleous & Co has offices across eastern Europe, and name partner Andreas Neocleous has recently been elected Vice-President of the Mediterranean Maritime Arbitration Association. The firm has particularly well-regarded practices in tax and trusts, offshore and HNWIs but is strong in most other practice areas covered.
With 45 lawyers in Cyprus, Andreas Neocleous & Co is one of the biggest law firms in the country. It has a further 22 lawyers practicing in offices in Moscow, Sevastopol, Kiev, Prague and Budapest. The firm has recently added to its numbers, with associates Michaella Tsikkini joining from Richards Butler in London and Thomas Forsch joining from Law Office Acker Choquette in Dubai.
‘Legal 500’ranks Andreas Neocleous & Co in the top tier in every practice area. Andreas Neocleous & Co is the only Cyprus firm to achieve this distinction, and is one of only a select few firms worldwide achieving a consistent top-tier rating across the board. ‘Legal 500’ highlights the “highly professional and effective representation,” provided by the firm.
Among the founders of the “International Law Firm “Neocleous, Vorobiev & Co” is also Alexander B. Vorobiev, the attorney-at-law of the Moscow attorneys-at-law colleguia "Iniurcolleguia", one of the veteran law firms of Russia. The “Iniurcolleguia” - the successor of the colleguia having been founded in Moscow as far back as the 1937 – is nowadays providing a wide range of services in the field of international and Russian private law.
Thanks to close co-operation of the Firm with its foreign partners, - the “International Law Firm “Neocleous, Vorobiev & Co” disposes of unique potentialities for rendering specific legal services in the field of the international private law both to citizens of Ukraine abroad and to foreign citizens in Ukraine and in any other foreign jurisdiction.
The fact that the above law firms have associated offices all over the world, including permanent representations in Athens, London, New-York, Paris, Rotterdam and Zurich allows us to provide a wide spectrum of legal services both in Ukraine and well beyond its bounds.
